I should know by now not to let things get to me family mostly i can feel the confidence draining out of me & i never had much to begin with.

Its now got to the stage where i have gone quiet on friends & its effecting friendships.

Crying for nothing/stupid reasons taking things far too personally.
Even the way i interact with my friends has changed the free flowing sarky banter is missing.

In the past i've always used my sarky/cheeky/slightly dirty mind to clear my head of things i can do nothing about.

A few people have put up with a lot in the last few months.

Sorry but i feel like i can't do anything right at the moment & have felt more & more on the sidelines of things.which i know is my fault.

I think a talk to the quacks in order.

I HOPE I CAN GET MY HEAD SORTED.

Now i probably look like i've never seen the inside of a gym nevermind used any of the equipment.lol

Made up my mind to lose weight again (yep did it before went from 20st to 10st ish)
Lost my motivation when both my parents died 14wks apart 5-6yrs ago (piled it on again)

Anyway back to the gym induction.
Ten minutes filling in paperwork medical history stuff like that.
Then Mat(very nice)stood up so i thought here we go little go on a few bits of equipment.
But no it was goodbye & see you on Thursday.

So up bright & early Thurs mornings.
Then see about do Weds somewhere else.

SO ALL THE MUNCH BUNCH PLEASE DO ME A FAVOUR!!

Well today & for the last few days I've felt strangely disconnected from everything.

Now if only I knew why.

Plus on top of that I think my brother Dave has been abducted by aliens..

He's cooked for me twice with only tiny lectures on eating more veg.

Fresh salmon stir fried veg.
Leeks & cheese sauce swede sweet potatoes sprouts broccoli.

He even washed up.

Then he went & spoiled it by saying that the only way a man would be interested in me is if he needed a green card & if i go out with anyone ask to see his passport. pig!

Now he could have been joking but...

Now i could get all serious.

But my friends would tell you its not something i do a lot of or well.

About 6 months ago i started going to Social events in Manchester now don't get me wrong i would not change the people i have met or most of the fun i've had.

But i would like go back approach it all in a calmer & less cheeky frame of mind.

Follow advice given by friends & loved ones.
Not to be such a impatient little bugger.
Trying to find all the answers before i know the right Questions!!

Now i would not promise that i'd be the shy,quiet well behaved lady 100% of the time after all where's the fun in that?
